Client Executive

Softheon is looking for Client Executive’s to continue expanding our external communication about the technical visions and market solutions we are developing. These candidates should have a passion for understanding software solutions and how they can impact our client’s current and future operations. You will be responsible for articulating the status of your client’s current operations as well as engaging in opportunities to up sell and start new business initiatives based on the technical development at Softheon.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

· Oversee current client operations through reporting metrics

· Assist with driving touchpoint calls to discuss current client pain points and how we can offer solutions to improve

· Manages project change orders through our PCO process

· Presents opportunities for cross selling and up selling products to existing clients

· Meets monthly with their client’s executive leadership to present the Executive Steering Committee Presentation

· Gathers a high level understanding of client issues and works with the product team to address through peer to peer communication


· Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization and external customers

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office: Specifically, Excel, Visio and MS word

· Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal communication while managing simultaneous projects

· Ability to interact with cross functional teams and work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile environment

· Must have a strong work ethic and commitment to constantly improving capacity to work effectively while having a willingness to learn new things

· Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile environment

· Innate knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

· Innate knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and the Health Care Industry

· Ideal candidate will have strong organizational, time management skills and is self-motivated

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related area with GPA of 3.5 or higher

· 1 – 2 years’ work experience or related internship experience preferred
